MIA - Paper Planes

I know this is pretty old news, but excuse my indulgence. This song has been around for awhile and was almost universally praised as one of the best songs of 2007, but I never really got it. Until now. Haha i don't know why but I was just listening and it clicked, the Clash sample, the gunshots and cashier sounds (very Dark Side Of The Moon), the simple yet effective hook. I feel like im a year late here.. but Maya's brilliant.
